Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
During peak seasons, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations will be displayed during checkout.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable terms will be clearly stated on our website.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided:

We may not be able to change the address once the order has been dispatched.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the order is returned and requires re-shipment.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

9. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because:

No one is available to receive the parcel,
The delivery address is incorrect,
The parcel is refused,

the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.

If the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

10. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the packaging and damaged items (if applicable)

We will investigate the matter and work with the courier to provide an appropriate resolution.

11. Multiple Shipments

Where an order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

You will not be charged additional shipping costs for split shipments unless agreed in advance.

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom (if offered in the future), customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
